GLOBAL TRAINING GRANT PROGRAMME 2023

The Global Training grant programme seeks to incorporate qualified young people, under 30 years old and a command of languages, for a 12-month internship period in a foreign company or organisation. For foreign companies, it means the possibility of incorporating qualified personnel in internships that will make a difference.

Company’s requirements

Companies interested in recruiting a young qualified trainee through the Global Training Grant Programme must meet the following requirements:

  • Being a foreign company.
  • Fill the application form detailing tasks and objectives to be developed by the grant holder.
  • Signing of the agreement with the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce.
  • From month #7 until the end of training period the company will assume monthly allowance, including insurances. That will be managed through the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce.
  • Any other requirement/cost, regarding the fulfilment of the regulations of the particular country.

Grantee’s selection process

  • Reception of the application forms.
  • Bilbao Chamber of Commerce will promote the project and attract candidates.
  • Pre-selection of the candidates managed by the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce.
  • The Company will receive portfolio with resume and complete pre selected candidates’ CV.
  • The Company will do candidate final selection.
